What you receive

Full access accounts in mail:pass:token format, with an Outlook mailbox you can log into. Each account carries 25–30 days of Nitro and two unused boosts.

First steps

Change the mail and account password right after buying — the mail and phone number are yours to change. If the mailbox asks for a code, unlock it with your own number.

Coverage

Faulty accounts are replaced within the first hour, and you have two hours to report an issue. Accounts disabled by Discord after delivery are not covered.

Delivery

Every order is delivered automatically the moment the payment confirms. Your keys, links or account details appear on the order page and are sent to the email you used at checkout.

Warranty

Each product is covered for the period listed on this page. If something stops working inside that period, open a ticket with your order id and you get a replacement.

Refunds

Because these are digital goods delivered instantly, orders are non-refundable once delivered. Undelivered or faulty orders are always replaced or refunded.
